In wake of a chilly Monday featuring limited sunshine and spotty showers, warmer and drier weather will settle in for much of the week ahead.
Tuesday will be noticeably warmer with a mixture of clouds and sunshine. AccuWeather RealFeel® temperatures will be near 70 F Tuesday afternoon; the actual high will rebound into the mid-60s for the first time in over a week.
"We have some spectacular spring weather on the way this week," said AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Eric Leister. "This week's warmth will be in stark contrast to the recent chilly weather."

On Wednesday, sunshine will help propel the afternoon RealFeel® temperatures into the mid-70s.

A high pressure system settling into the region will be responsible for the nice weather.
A weak storm may bring clouds and showers back into the area on Thursday, but temperatures will remain quite seasonable.
