Philly: Sunshine, Warmth to Highlight Weekend

In the wake of the modest midweek nor'easter, sunshine is in store for the Philadelphia area this weekend into Monday.
High pressure extending from Maine to northeastern Texas will build eastward. Along with the fair weather system will come building warmth.
In the Philadelphia area, highs in the lower 80s are in the offing for Saturday and Sunday with abundant sunshine.

The weather should be perfect for MLB at Citizens Bank Park for the last games of the season for the Phillies.
The weather will be dandy for checking out the foliage in northern upstate New York and northern New England, where leaves are nearing peak, but behind for the the average date of peak color.
The only potential problem for long-distance travelers will be patchy dense fog during the early morning hours. Most of the fog will tend to form along the river valleys, well north and west of Interstate 95.
