Warmup Comes to Atlanta

Atlanta may have its warmest day of the year at midweek, thanks to an early spring warmup.
The city may reach 80 F on Wednesday or Thursday, backed by a south-southwest breeze.

It should stay dry for the remainder of the week until Friday when some showers or thunderstorms could arrive. Friday will stay warm with a high temperature in the upper 70s.
