Anyone outdoors during the evening and overnight hours on Tuesday should wear the proper layers, as cold-related illnesses are possible.
Wednesday's temperatures will fall even more, plummeting into the mid-20s.

However, temperatures will make a comeback after midweek, providing relief to residents and visitors in Cleveland.
Through the end of the week, temperatures will remain in the low 50s. Despite the possibility of showers on Friday, partial sunshine will grace the city both weekend days.
